3.1 For Clients
BridgeLink Recruitment provides the following services to employers and businesses:
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for permanent, temporary, and contract roles.

- Conducting initial interviews and competency assessments.
- Background and reference checks (where instructed).
- Ongoing post-placement support and guidance.
3.2 For Candidates
For individuals seeking employment, we provide:
- Registration and profiling of your skills, experience, and career objectives.
- Matching your profile to suitable vacancies.
- CV review and interview preparation guidance.
- Communication of relevant job opportunities.
- Support throughout the recruitment process.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
4.1 Client Fees
Our fees for permanent placements are agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of a search assignment. Fees are typically calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s agreed first-year salary. Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Temporary and Contract Placements
For temporary and contract placements, charges are calculated on an agreed hourly or daily rate basis. Timesheets must be submitted and approved in line with the agreed process. BridgeLink Recruitment acts as the employer of record for temporary workers, and all associated employer costs are included in the agreed charge rate.
4.3 Rebate Policy
In the event that a permanently placed candidate leaves or is dismissed within the first 12 weeks of their start date, BridgeLink Recruitment will offer a partial rebate or replacement as outlined in the individual service agreement. Rebates are not applicable where the candidate’s departure is due to changes in the client’s business circumstances, redundancy, or client-side conduct.
5. Client Obligations
By engaging our services, you as the Client agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding the vacancy, working environment, and business requirements.
- Treat all candidate information shared by us as strictly confidential.
- Not approach, engage, or employ any candidate introduced by us without payment of the agreed fee.
- Comply with all applicable employment legislation, including equality, diversity, and right-to-work requirements.
- Promptly inform us of any changes to the role or requirements during the recruitment process.
6. Candidate Obligations
As a registered candidate, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information regarding your qualifications, experience, and employment history.
- Inform us immediately of any changes to your availability, employment status, or contact details.
- Not misrepresent your skills or experience at any stage of the recruitment process.
- Notify us if you receive a direct approach from any client to whom we have introduced you.
- Attend all arranged interviews or provide adequate notice of cancellation.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information received from the other in the course of the recruitment process. BridgeLink Recruitment will not disclose a candidate’s details to a client without the candidate’s prior consent, and will not share client vacancies or business information with third parties without authorisation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of BridgeLink Recruitment and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
BridgeLink Recruitment acts as an intermediary between clients and candidates. We use reasonable care in matching candidates to vacancies; however, we make no guarantee as to the suitability of any candidate or the continued employment of a placed individual.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BridgeLink Recruitment shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, business, revenue, or goodwill arising from a failed placement.
- Any indirect, consequential, or special damages suffered by either clients or candidates.
- Any inaccuracies in information provided by clients or candidates.
Our total liability to any party in connection with our services shall not exceed the fees paid to us in respect of the relevant placement.
