Support Worker – Assisted Living
Location: Slough
Pay: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time & Part-Time Available
We are recruiting Support Workers to support young adults and adults in an assisted living setting, including individuals who may present behaviours that challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support.
- Promote independence and wellbeing.
- Assist with daily living activities and community access.
- Support individuals to achieve their personal goals.
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
- Work as part of a supportive team.
Requirements:
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- Experience supporting challenging behaviour is an advantage.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable.
- Candidates must be willing to undertake an NVQ qualification, with support provided.
